Register Now for the 2020 Spring Semester!
This program teaches kids all about drama and creative expression. The fall semester focuses on drama skills, improvisation, characterization, stage presence, story-telling, performing scenes and monologues, etc. Throughout the spring semester, students utilize these skills by working together to create a full-scale musical production. Last spring the students mounted their production of Willy Wonka JR. It was a huge success! This program also offers a summer day camp.
Peter Pan Jr. Production- March/April 2020
The Magic Beanstalk Players, dramaworks youth theatre program for K-8th grade students, will whisk audiences away to a place where dreams are born and no one ever grows up! With a sprinkle of fairy dusk, Peter Pan and Tinkerbell take the Darling children on a magical journey across the stars to Neverland. In the adventure of a lifetime, the travelers come face to face with a ticking crocodile, a fierce Indian tribe, a band of bungling pirates and, of course, the villainous Captain Hook!
